Key Steps
Accessing the Alerts Dashboard 0:00

Click on Alerts in the top left-hand side of the screen.

Select Alerts to access your personalized Trellis Law Alerts Dashboard.
Creating a Case Tracker Alert 0:12

On the dashboard, click Create Alert.

Choose Case Tracker for updates on a specific case.

Enter the following search criteria:

Case Number
-
State
-
County
-
-
Click Find Case to locate the docket.

Select the case you want to track.
-
Label the alert (e.g., attorney's name or client matter).

Add additional recipients if necessary.
-
Optionally, exclude yourself from the alert.
Creating a Client Alert 1:18

Click Create Alert and select Client Alert.

Enter the client name (e.g., Uber).

Select the jurisdiction for the search.

Label the alert and group it under the client matter number.

Add additional recipients if necessary.

Optionally, exclude yourself from the alert.

Filter the alert by practice area (e.g., labor and employment) and specific matter type if needed.
