Update Case Information

While Trellis is constantly updating case information, since we have a large number of dockets on our system, there will inevitably be cases that rank lower on the update list.

In those situations where you know there has been activity on a case and you would like the most up to date docket information, all you have to do is press the Update Case Information button.

The button is located underneath the Case Name and next to the Case Last Refreshed information. 

Once you click on the button, our system works to update the case information in real-time.

You will also receive an email, like the one shown below, to let you know that your case update request was received.

You will also receive a follow up email once the case has been updated. This is typically a quick process.

And if you check back on the case, if there is new information on the case, it will load in the Case History and/or Case Documents section.

You will also see that the Case Last Refreshed information will have been updated.
