      Pause / Hold/ Delete Subcription

      Pause

      Pausing a subscription allows you to still keep all your benefits such as search history, documents viewed, and alerts but with limited Content Views. 


      Pause replaces your monthly subscription fee to $4.99/mo. 


      Hold

      Hold is no longer available. 

      Delete

      Canceling or deleting your subscription can be completed via your Account Overview here. 

      Click the “Delete My Account” toggle and click the “Delete My Account” button. 

      Please complete the brief survey to delete your account and cancel your subscription.
