Downloading Multiple Documents from Search Results Page ("Bulk Downloading")
Trellis users have the ability to download multiple documents directly from the platform.
Who has access to bulk download?
Trellis subscribers can download multiple documents at the same time from the Smart Search search results page. We refer to this feature as "bulk downloading."
How do I bulk download?
- Bulk downloading is available from the Smart Search results page. Perform a search and land on the search results.
- Select the "Documents" tab.
- Check the box next to the item(s) you want to download.
- Click "download" to initiate your download request.
- We will email you a ZIP file with your documents, each in a PDF format.
Does downloading content from Trellis count as Content Views?
Every document that you download counts as a Content View. For example, if you checked the box next to 5 documents for bulk download, downloading these 5 documents would count as 5 Content Views.
