Case Assessment Tool: 7 Steps to Streamlining Case Analysis
Analyze facts, identify evidence, and develop winning strategies—all while significantly reducing case preparation time.
Step 1. Navigate to your case’s docket or use Smart Search to locate the docket for your case.
Note that access to Case Assessment is available only at the docket level.
Step 2. To add the docket, click on the “Case Assessment” button.
Step 3. You will then be redirected to generate your Case Assessment report.
Pro tip 🤓: If the complaint is already available in the docket, there’s no need to upload an external complaint.
Step 4. Your completed work product will be readily accessible for viewing, as indicated by the banner at the top right of the screen. Alternatively, you can click on the blue section links to explore 23 distinct areas of analysis pertinent to your case.
At this stage, you can download a PDF of your report, save the work product to your workspace, or share it internally.
