How to Access and Use My Requests

The My Requests page is your central hub for tracking everything you’ve requested in Trellis—from document purchases to case refreshes and company litigation reports. It’s built to keep you organized, help you work faster, and make it simple to pick up right where you left off.

 

What is My Request

Instead of searching across the platform or through old emails, document request or company litigation reports you’ve requested is available in one easy-to-find location.

Admin Access

If you have admin access, you can also view all requests submitted by users across your organization. To enable this organization-wide view, please contact your Trellis Success Manager.

How to Access My Requests

Open My Requests

  • Navigate to My Requests from your profile settings.

Review Request Status

1. For each request, you’ll see:

  • Request type

  • Date submitted

  • Status (In Progress, Completed, Failed)

  • Estimated completion time (when available)

2. Download or View Results

For completed requests, you can download or view the output directly from My Requests.

Filter and Search

Use filters and search to quickly find what you need:

  • Filter by status

  • Filter by date

  • Use keyword search to locate specific requests

From this view, you can see a complete list of your requests across the platform and quickly access the results you need.
