Case Strategy Report

What It Does

Generate a strategic case overview from the complaint, including key risk factors, likely defense strategies, relevant precedents from comparable matters, and recommended next steps—each grounded in real trial court data.

How to Run It

From the top navigation, hover over “Trellis AI” and select Case Strategy Report.

Alternatively, open a Docket and click Case Strategy Report in the Case Overview ribbon.

Upload your complaint. Note: If your account does not currently allow uploads of non-public documents, contact your resource admin to request this access.

Click Generate Case Strategy Report.

Access the completed report in My Workspace under Work Products.

Client Briefing

What It Does

Creates a clear, client-ready summary of a case — covering key facts, risks, case posture, and next steps in a format designed for easy sharing and discussion. No reformatting required before sending to a client.

How to Run It

In the top navigation, hover over “Trellis AI” and select Client Briefing.

Alternatively, open a Docket and click Client Briefing in the Case Overview ribbon.

Upload your complaint. Note: If your account does not currently allow uploads of non-public documents, contact your resource admin to request this access.

Click Generate Client Briefing.

Find your finished report in My Workspace under Work Products.
