How to Generate a Corporate Litigation Reports
1. Navigate to Company Litigation Reports

2. Set Your Report Criteria

Time range (commonly a 5-year lookback)

Practice areas relevant to your analysis

3. Select Companies & Name Variations
Use the two search bars to define which companies to include in your report:
- Previous client group: Select from company groups you’ve used before to quickly re-run or update prior reports.
- Client search: Search across all companies to find a specific client or prospect to analyze.

Search for a company name (e.g., “Meta” or “Facebook”) utilizing the 2nd search bar.
If the company name includes multiple words, enclose it in quotation marks, for example: “Riot Games.”

Review the list of matching entities and subsidiaries.

Add only the entities that are truly relevant.

Results are sorted by number of cases, helping you prioritize the most meaningful entries.

You can add multiple related companies or subsidiaries to the same report.
Tip: Be selective. Including unrelated entities or individuals with similar names can skew results.
4. Name & Submit the Report

The name you enter becomes the report title, so choose something clear and client-ready.

Click Generate Report.

5. Receive Your Report
Processing typically takes a few minutes (longer for large reports).
You’ll receive an email notification when the report is ready.
